For those of you who dont know me i am Niall, i work as a chef on a large private motor yacht(see pics). I basically travel all round the world cooking for the rich and famous and having a pretty good time along the way! Ill try to have as many witty stories, interesting pics and experiences to add here to either make you jealous and not read any further or hopefully smile and say wish i was there!
